It’s marmalade season! The Seville oranges are ripe and ready for use, and this year I have decided to go for it and make some delicious preserves. And it really is even easier to do than I first thought!
I have found a great video clip from BBCFood demonstrating one method for creating the lovely citrus spread. Click here for a link to the video.
All you need for this recipe is jam jars, a muslin bag, and a large pot. The ingredients are simply 1.25kg/2lb 12oz of Seville oranges and 1.5kg/3lb 5oz of granulated sugar. Step by step instructions are also included, and this recipe looks so easy it’s silly not to make it!
